ONLINE FLEET MANAGEMENT

MULDAN-DAVID INC has developed an online fleet management program for the trucking industry that will revolutionize your record keeping system. Our program is designed to keep all information pertaining to your company and equipment up to date.

It is and online file system that can save your company time and money by automatically sending you e-mail notifications as to when anything pertaining to your FLEET is about to expire or needs to be renewed, including registrations, permits, DOT #’s, ETC., ETC.

There are 2 types of services:

BASIC SERVICE

You control and maintain your fleet account right from your computer.

You will be issued a log in and passwords, which will enable you to enter, edit and view your account.

You will automatically receive e-mail notifications 1 month prior to anything expiring or needing to be renewed. (Must update account accordingly for e-mails to be effective.

PREMIUM SERVICE

MULDAN-DAVID INC will control and maintain your fleet account.

You will be issued a log in and password which will enable you to view your account only.

MULDAN-DAVID will update account as work is completed (We must be supplied all documents if work is not done by US.)

You will receive e-mail notifications 1 month prior to anything expiring or needing to be renewed. (MULDAN-DAVID INC will update account accordingly)

Your account will have a document page, which will enable you to view and print all documents completed. ( We must be supplied documents if work is not done by our office in order to scan into your account)

You can also pre-fund your account so we can have the funds available to automatically proceed with all work as it becomes due.

Over 10 VEHICLES --- $9.99 per 10 VEHICLES

PREMIUM SERVICE

1 to 10 VEHICLES --- $59.99 per month

Over 10 VEHICLES --- $19.99 per 10 VEHICLES

All accounts are billed for 1 year and renewed annually.

All work performed by MULDAN-DAVID INC will be billed separately.
